Except for Asian languages using double-byte characters, MasterMind Typing self-adapts to teach whatever keyboard you choose via Windows settings. This automatically supports Dvorak layout, European languages, and non-Latin alphabets such as Arabic, Hebrew and Cyrillic.
About adding keyboard languages, please see http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q141/3/06.asp or other services at http://support.microsoft.com, then browse "back" here afterward. While every Windows installation offers a choice of keyboard languages and layouts and ways to change languages quickly, Microsoft typically specializes the commercial distribution of Windows by region. Please ask Microsoft how to augment your installation if it does not already support all languages that you want.
